By accessing our website, enrolling in our dance programs, or opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
By using our website or signing up for dance lessons at our studio, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
All lesson scheduling, payments, tuition fees, and package purchases are governed by your individual student enrollment agreement and applicable studio policies.
Cancellation policies for private lessons, group classes, practice sessions, or other scheduled activities must be followed as communicated by studio staff and applicable enrollment agreements.
The $25 Introductory Lesson is available to new students only and is non-refundable.
The $390 Starter Package includes:
4 personal lessons
4 group classes
4 practice sessions
The $390 Starter Package is offered at the same price for a single or a couple.
Arthur Murray Dance Studio – Kennesaw offers a mobile messaging program to provide appointment and lesson reminders, studio updates, class-related information, customer service communications, and promotional messages where the user has provided the appropriate consent.
By explicitly opting in to receive SMS messages through an applicable website form or other supported opt-in method, you affirmatively consent to receive automated and recurring text messages from Arthur Murray Dance Studio – Kennesaw.
Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mambo Max, Inc., its affiliates, instructors, employees, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, participation in dance classes, or delays or delivery failures involving our mobile messaging system.
SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by mobile network operators and other factors outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Your use of our website and mobile text messaging services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and specifically states that mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent collected for SMS communications will not be shared with, sold, or leased to third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
